Urgent Hiring – Field Sales Officer (CASA Acquisition) – Leading Bank

Location: Across TamilNādu.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Field Sales (Preferably BFSI)

Salary: ₹3.00 to 5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience & Fitment)

Job Role:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Field Sales Professionals who are interested in moving into CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) Acquisition Sales with a leading private sector bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for CASA products through field visits and market outreach.
• Generate leads through cold calls, references & open market.
• Explain banking product features and benefits to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales (BFSI sales preferred).
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Two-wheeler & driving license preferred.
