Role:

Responsible for the day-to-day accounting process and supporting the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Vendor master management Creation of new vendors and ensuring non-duplication of vendors.
• Accounts payable - Invoice processing and review.
• Accounts receivables OTA billings, cash application & reconciliation.
• Bank reconciliations Matching transactions between the bank & GL and resolving reconciling items.
• Income Journal – Verification of the correctness of PMS data with accounting data.
• General Ledger/Sales Tax/Balance Sheet reconciliations – Preparation of journal, Preliminary workings, and month close support.
