Experience-

• CMA/ CA Inter or CA qualified professional with Minimum 12 - 15 Years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services in General Leadger / F & A
• Team handling experience must

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Establish strong Internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking
• Suggest and organize team-building activities
• Bring Process improvement to the benefit of the Organization/Client.
• Support the Transition team during the initial phase of transition (Ex, Documentation, active participation during the transition calls)
• Support the interview process during the initial set-up of new team(s)
