Key responsibilities

  • Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, set and achieve sales targets, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank personnel and management.
  • Training and support: Train and motivate the bank's sales staff on life insurance products and processes to help them sell effectively.
  • Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, provide feedback to the bank's sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process adherence: Ensure that all sales activities and follow-ups adhere to the agreed-upon process and timelines. 

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like business, marketing, or finance.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in life insurance or banking, with some roles requiring prior sales management experience.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, leadership and team-building capabilities, and analytical skills are essential.
